Blackboard Plugins and Players
In order to view course material or submit assignments for your Blackboard Web-based course, you may need some of the following software add-ins.

All plug-ins are free. Many downloads for Microsoft applications can be found at the Microsoft Download Center.  Microsoft application downloads for Macs can be found at the Macintosh Download Center

Windows PC Users

	MS Internet Explorer
	Firefox - Use this browser to solve Blackboard text box issues.
	Word Viewer - Click the Word Viewer link, save the file, and then install.
	MS Windows Media Player
	MS PowerPoint Viewer
	Adobe Acrobat Reader
	Shockwave Player
	Flash Player - UNCHECK the Yahoo Toolbar install box
	QuickTime Player - Choose installer with iTunes or not, UNCHECK the Sign-up boxes. Save and install.
	Java -Save and install
	Real Player - Save and install
