WATER USE REDUCTION Low-flow plumbing fixtures were utilized to achieve 30% water use reduction.
RECYCLED CONTENT 12% of the materials used in the building have recycled content.
CONSTRUCTION WASTE MANAGEMENT At least 75% of the non-hazardous construction and demolition debris was recycled.
GREEN POWER 35% of building electricity use over a two year period has been purchased using off-site renewable energy.
DAYLIGHT AND VIEWS The building was designed so that at least 90% of regularly occupied spaces are day lit and 90% of occupants have a direct view to the outside.
OPTIMIZE ENERGY PERFORMANCE The design of the building improves energy performance by 29% through the implementation of a cooling tower, high efficiency heat recovery units and photo sensors.
INNOVATION IN DESIGN Storm water Design-Quality Control Limited disruption and pollution of natural water flows by treating 100% of the storm water runoff.
