Horse Raffle

During the Harney County Fair, Lightning, a wild horse donated by the BLM, will be raffled to one lucky winner. This raffle is to benefit The Harney Futures Scholarship. Tickets will be on sale in August at the Burns Outreach Center and at the Harney County Fair, where Cisco will be on display.
