ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE -
PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL

The Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking is a recommended course of study for individuals interested in pursuing a career in network management. The degree is not designed to transfer to a four-year institution, although a majority of the classes are transferable.

This program trains students in the installation and administration of network routers, switches, and related equipment. Students will be prepared to take the CISCO certification exam, resulting in the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. The advanced networking classes prepare for the exam required for the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
