Viticulture Program

Interested in growing grapes or making wine in Eastern Oregon or Southwest Idaho?

Looking over the vinyard

The Viticulture and Enology Program at Treasure Valley Community College offers students courses with a focus on hands-on learning. Course work is designed to get students out in the vineyards in almost every course and to encourage interaction between students and current members of the grape growing and wine making industry.

TVCC currently offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Viticulture that will prepare students for a career in the table and wine grape industry. Graduates are prepared to work as vineyard technicians or entry level winery assistants.

Courses are offered on both the Ontario, Oregon main campus and the Caldwell, Idaho Campus via the Smart Classroom to accommodate the busy schedules of our students throughout the Treasure Valley.
